Solid Route Logistics uses a few cookies and similar browser storage on this website so you can sign in, stay signed in and keep your preferences. This page explains what we store, why, and how you can change or remove it. Read it together with our privacy policy.
Last updated 30 October 2026
Cookies are small text files that a website asks your browser to keep and send back with later requests. They are how a site recognises the same browser between pages — for example, so you stay signed in while you move from your dashboard to an invoice. Similar storage in your browser (local storage) keeps preferences and is never sent to us with your requests.
We use only the essential first-party cookies listed below. They are required to sign in, so they are set when you sign in and deleted when you sign out.
solidroute-customer-session
Keeps you signed in to your customer dashboard so you can see your packages, invoices and delivery requests. It is set only after you sign in.
Lasts: 7 days, or until you sign out
solidroute-admin-session
Keeps authorised staff signed in to the admin portal. It is set only after a staff member signs in.
Lasts: 7 days, or until you sign out
Both cookies are first-party, HttpOnly (scripts on the page cannot read them), SameSite=Strict (not sent when you arrive from another site) and Secure on HTTPS. They hold a signed session token, never your password.
Some choices are stored in your browser’s local storage rather than in cookies. They stay on your device and are not sent to us:
Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes them, and you may need to set your preferences again.
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure how quickly pages load. They set no cookies, do not identify you as an individual and do not follow you to other websites; they report anonymous, aggregate figures so we can keep the site fast and working.
We do not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. If we ever add optional analytics or marketing cookies, they will stay off until you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw that choice at any time.
When you follow a link to an online payment provider (for example WiPay or Stripe), that provider’s own site may set its own cookies. Those are covered by its privacy policy, not this one.
The “Your privacy, your choice” banner records whether you accept or reject optional analytics and marketing. You can change that choice whenever you like:
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the session cookies you will not be able to stay signed in to the customer dashboard or the admin portal; the rest of the site, including tracking and the shipping calculator, keeps working.
We do not sell your information and we do not use cookies to build an advertising profile of you. Our hosting, database and email providers process data on our behalf so the service can run.
If we start storing something new, we update this page and the date above before it goes live.
If anything here is unclear, contact us — we are happy to explain what we store and why.
