To use Solid Route services, you must register and set up an account. Your account information and details must be kept confidential. You are required to protect your password and monitor access to your computer or other devices linked to your account to prevent unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activities and transactions on your account. Minors are not permitted to establish or operate accounts on this website. All shipments must arrive in the name of a person of the age of majority.
Electronic means of communication are the most convenient method of communication, through our website or by the exchange of emails, and you agree that this method satisfies any legal requirements for written notification and validity of any agreements between us. You agree that we may communicate with you electronically. Through this communication method, we send you all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications.
Solid Route is required to comply with all applicable laws in relation to the cross-border movement of packages. Compliance with laws and regulations requires that, to use your account with Solid Route, you agree to provide accurate and legal information with respect to your name, residential and/or business address, telephone numbers, email, and any other additional information that may be required, including valid invoices or receipts for items contained in your packages, which may be provided to other service agents or authorities.

To collect your package, our Customer Service Representative may require additional information or documents to confirm your identity, address, and payment method.
You are solely responsible for payment of any taxes, duties, fees, and/or fines levied by customs authorities due to incorrect declaration of value, or penalties imposed by those authorities for any falsification of information or importing prohibited items.
All fees are calculated in U.S. Dollars and may be displayed in local currency. For local currency conversion, the exchange rate will be determined solely by Solid Route on the date and time that you tender payment of fees for your package.
All fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Each package will receive a reference tracking number. Solid Route does not combine packages into a bulk shipment. If Solid Route determines that your package has been tampered with or damaged before arrival at our warehouse, we may refuse to accept the package for onward delivery to you.
If you do not pay all outstanding account balances, for any reason whatsoever, within thirty days of the last notification to you, Solid Route reserves the right to destroy and dispose of your package at its sole discretion if unclaimed and/or held for more than thirty (30) days from arrival.
If the shipment exceeds the duty fee amount for customs charges, you are required to make full payment before Solid Route can clear your package from Customs. Solid Route will not be responsible for any additional charges levied as a result of delays in the payment of such duties or fees.
If you decide to terminate your account at any time, you will remain responsible for all pending charges, including charges for abandoned packages, which must be paid before the termination date of the account.
Solid Route reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and refuse acceptance of packages at its sole discretion.
You expressly accept that the use of Solid Route Services is at your sole risk. Solid Route makes no representation or warranty in respect of the movement of packages, particularly in dealing with third parties, authorities, and natural causes that may result in delays or the return of packages. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Solid Route disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Solid Route does not warrant that the Solid Route Services, information, content, materials, products (including software), or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Solid Route servers or electronic communications sent from Solid Route are free of viruses or other harmful components. Solid Route will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of any e-commerce service, or from any information, content, materials, products (including software), or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through Solid Route, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages whatsoever.
